Pop-up restaurants are all the rage nowadays, but back in 2007, when French chef Ludo Lefebvre (L'Orangeire and Bastide) and his wife and business partner Krissy launched LudoBites in Los Angeles, it was still an unusual concept. After six successful pop-ups in the Los Angeles area, the duo has taken the show on the road, with the Sundance Channel in tow. In Ludo Bites America, which premieres this Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST, the Lefebvres begin their nationwide pop-up restaurant tour with stops in Santa Fe, Omaha, Mobile, Denver, Redondo Beach, and Raleigh.
