IRCTC CENTRAL KITCHEN NOIDA ADDRESS


With the changing trends in the business of food and beverage, the IRCTC (Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation) too has emerged itself. The IRCTC has recently opened up a business unit at Noida Sector 64 by name called 24x7 Central Kitchen (IRCTC KITCHEN).
This Kitchen is located in the vicinity where, there are large number of office unit including IT and Non-IT's & even the educational sector and also near the residential colonies.

It is said to have the capacity of preparing approx. 25000 meals per day basis as the report of Economics Times.

This IRCTC KITCHEN will serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. As of now it only serve the Indian and Chinese food and will lator on The Continental dishes are too likely to included in the Menu.
All the necessary steps i.e the test for food handlers, micorbilogical tests and food samples will be done, even the branded raw materials & ingredients to maintain high quality of foodstuff.
The reason for stepping into the such Kitchen business Unit took as the food suply into the train was snatch away from the IRCTC and was under taken by the Railways led them to come into the re-thinking and setting ups its units into the Market by Public Sector Undertakings (PSU)
The Positive aspect of this Kitchen is that, it will be open for 24x7, 365 days , one can pop-in and get the fresh food whenever one feel like.
IRCTC will open more Kitchens in 2012 across the country.
